Joining VES Recruitment is a simple and supportive process. We’re here to guide you every step of the way as you begin or continue your career in education.

Step 1 – Get in Touch

To begin your registration, simply:

1. Complete our online enquiry form
2. Call our team directly

Once we’ve received your details, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your experience and the type of work you’re looking for.

Step 2 – Book Your Registration Appointment

You will be invited to attend a registration appointment, which can take place:

1. At our office
2. Via Microsoft Teams

This gives us the opportunity to get to know you, discuss your preferences, and ensure we match you with the right opportunities.

Step 3 – Complete Your Application

Before your registration appointment, you will be required to complete all application documents online. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.

Step 4 – Required Documents

To work with VES Recruitment, you will need to provide the following:

• Proof of ID (e.g. passport or driving licence)
• Two proofs of address
• Relevant qualifications
• Safeguarding Training
• PREVENT Training
• FGM Training
• DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a DBS through VES
• EWC Registration (where applicable)
• Full employment history from leaving compulsory education
• Two years of references (employment and/or education)

All documents must be verified as part of our compliance and safeguarding procedures.

What Happens Next?

Once your registration is complete and all compliance checks are approved, you will be ready to start working with VES Recruitment.We will begin matching you with suitable roles based on your skills, experience, and preferences.
