VES is an incredible, reliable, and friendly agency to be a part of, they’ve made the whole process of finding and settling into different roles across schools really comfortable. They have been very flexible and accommodating to my schedule due to university commitments. Had a bad experience and lost my spark because of a previous agency but VES helped me to bring it back! Can’t fault the team at all, had to leave due to financial reasons but I’m hoping to come back within the next year!

I signed up with VES August 2024, having worked through them in previous years before getting a maternity cover in a school. I chose to return to VES as they had consistent work for me and were extremely helpful and supportive. I am glad to say the service is still excellent, as is the support from Lucy who is always approachable, helpful and encouraging. I would highly recommend the agency
