Safer Recruitment Commitment

We are fully dedicated to safer recruitment practices, ensuring that every candidate is thoroughly vetted before being placed in a school. Our compliance process includes: • Enhanced DBS checks • Verification of identity and right to work • Full employment history checks • Minimum of two years of references • Qualification verification • EWC registration checks (where applicable) We follow strict safeguarding guidelines to ensure every individual is suitable to work with children and young people.

Ongoing Safeguarding & Training

All candidates are required to complete safeguarding training as part of our compliance process, including: • Safeguarding Group A (online) • Safeguarding Group B (in-person, provided by VES Recruitment) We also provide access to ongoing CPD accredited training to ensure staff remain up to date with current standards and expectations.
