Exciting News! 
We’re pleased to announce that by the end of term we’ll be rolling out our brand-new booking app, Colleago!
We’ve been working closely with the company to ensure this new system truly benefits VES and our staff. The app will go live from half term, and you’ll begin receiving your bookings directly within the app.
What to Expect in the Next 2 Weeks:
– You will receive a text message or email directly from Colleago with a link to your relevant app store to download the app.
– Shortly after, you’ll receive a separate text or email containing your username and password to log in for the first time.
A few important updates:

We will no longer be sending out the Monday availability message. You will now need to upload your availability within the app each week.

Please enable push notifications when launching the app to ensure you receive instant updates and booking notifications. You may miss bookings if these are not enabled!
Please note you DO NOT need to download the app until you receive the notification from us.
