What makes VES Recruitment stand-out from other Teaching Agencies?
A lot of teaching agencies may have experienced recruitment consultants but without school or education industry experience. However, at VES Recruitment our team members have a range of qualifications, experience and knowledge of the education system in which they’re managing staff. This means we have insight into how schools operate and the expectations of our candidates and their work ethic. What kind of experience do your recruitment team have?
Our team has a mixed background of Primary Teachers, Secondary Teachers, Head of Year, School Admin, TAs and Special Education. As well as this, qualifications in the team include a range of education based degrees or diplomas. Education is at the core of our team.
Can I join more than one agency?
Of course you can. You can join as many agencies as you wish, although you would probably want to focus on 1 or 2 strong agencies in your area. Some agencies work in areas but aren’t necessarily the first pick for the schools in that area. So it’s good to have a couple of options to ensure you have the best opportunities. We may be biased, but we also feel it’s important to join an agency that just knows what your job is like and the hurdles you will face in your placements. You’ll find that with an agency (VES Recruitment, for example) with experience in the sector.
