Cover Supervisors – Aberdare

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, working in Secondary schools in the Aberdare area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development of students, while gaining valuable experience in a classroom environment.

Please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsible For

• As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
• -Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• -Ensure a positive learning environment is maintained by managing student behaviour.
• -Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and complete the work provided.
• -Provide support to students where needed and manage classroom resources.
• -Collaborate with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Educational Requirements

VES are looking for Cover Supervisors who have a UK degree or experience in a classroom setting. If your qualification is not listed above but you would like to know if you can work with VES, please call us.
