Cover Supervisors – Merthyr Tydfil
Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, working in Secondary schools in the Merthyr area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development of students, while gaining valuable experience in a classroom environment.
Please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsible For
- As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- -Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- -Ensure a positive learning environment is maintained by managing student behaviour.
- -Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and complete the work provided.
- -Provide support to students where needed and manage classroom resources.
- -Collaborate with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
